Tom gave us a quote, assured me that their quote was for quality Nautilus Roll Down Shutters at a fair price. He was right regards the above. On day of install John arrived with an additional 4 installers. All 5 worked like a well oiled machine. No one was standing around doing nothing. You could tell that all the installers were highly trained, professional and neat in their work habits. The crew even had trash bags for any waste, Brian kept us posted as far as permits, installation date, paperwork, so we knew what was going on and when.
